Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations in shape, size, and color are to be expected.

Care Instructions:

  • While food safe, the plate is best used decoratively to ensure the longevity of the decal.

  • Not microwave/dishwasher safe.

  • Hand wash only.

Lead Time:

The creation of your custom pet plate may take up to 2-4 weeks, in addition to shipping time, once you place your order.

Ordering Multiple Custom Pet Plates:

For multiple custom plates of different pets or images, please create a separate order for each plate and repeat the steps for each order.

Please do not increase the quantity on the website unless you’d like multiple plates of the same pet and design.

Image requirements and tips:

  • When clicking the button above, a Dropbox window will appear where you may upload an image of your pet.

  • Image must be in jpeg, png, or tiff format and at least 1800x1800 pixels with a 300 dpi resolution.

  • Focus of the image should mainly be on your pet’s face.

  • Uploading up to 3 images is recommended, in case one of the images does not meet the file requirements or comes out too pixelated. If this happens, I’ll reach out to you for another image, so keep an eye out in your email inbox!

  • Please name each file after either yourself or your pet. If you're uploading multiple images, please number each file in order of priority (e.g. Timber1, Timber2, Timber3).
    Only one image will be selected per plate.
